My siblings and I chose Ana Sherwood to be our realtor for the sale of our family home after the death of our father in Fresno, California.

We first met Ana in 2013 when we bought the house as a rental property.
Ana represented the sellers, and was very professional and responsive to us as buyers. We stayed in touch with Ana over the years, and she graciously assisted us with various aspects of owning the rental property (we live out of town). When it came time to sell the house, Ana was the obvious choice for us, because she had demonstrated her dependability through the years, and she did not disappoint. Ana orchestrated and oversaw a quick remodel of the house, which was not in the best of shape after 9 years of being a rental, and brought it back to 'model home' condition. She advised us on the cost-effectiveness of staging the house (in the end we decided to do it), and planned a listing strategy to get the best price for the house in the hot sellers' market that exists at this time. This strategy worked perfectly to get a great offer within a week of listing the property, and the sale closed just 17 days later! All this without us ever needing to travel to Clovis! In our business we work with real estate agents on a regular basis, so we have seen the full range of talent and commitment, and Ana has both in spades!
